How do I sign up as a member?

How do I change my password?

Click HERE and go to “Forgot Your Password?” Enter your email address and submit. You will receive an email which will guide you through the process of resetting your password.



How do I place an order

You may contact us via Whatsapp or Facebook Messenger to place an order with our Customer Service Team. Or kindly refer to HERE to make a purchase online.



Can I amend my order after it has been placed

Sorry, we are unable to allow amendments to be made to your order upon confirmation. This will allow us to process all orders as efficiently as possible and to avoid confusion which might result in errors. We appreciate your understanding regarding this and strongly encourage you to review all your order details before checking out.



How do I cancel my order?

You may contact us via Whatsapp or Facebook Messenger and provide your Order ID. We will try our best to assist you but we are unable to cancel the order once it has been processed.



How do I check my order status?

Kindly log into your UGS account to check the status of the respective Order ID. A confirmation email will be sent to you after the order has been placed successfully. You may check the order status from the email.



Why did I not receive a confirmation email after placing an order?

There might be a slight delay in delivery of the confirmation email. Or it may have landed in your junk or spam folder. Please do a quick check on your spam/junk mail or “Promotion” folder for Gmail users. If they're still nowhere to be found, kindly reach out to us via Whatsapp or Facebook Messenger or email at admin@ugssb.com for assistance.



Payment

To ensure that your transaction is safe and secure, we only accept payments through the Paypal portal at the moment.
